What's In A Name? - Write a student's name vertically on the board. Team memebers come up with a spelling word using a letter in the name. The first team to finish gets a point. (Make sure student names are about same length for each round.)

Word Building- Give students 24 letters (Write on board or dictate). Students create as many words as they can with the given letters. Students get one point for each correctly spelled word.
